Episode #17: Holistic and Energy Healing. We welcome back Laurie St. Clare this week for a discussion about holistic and energetic healing methods. Laurie and Inanna are both Usui Reiki practitioners. In our previous chat with Laurie, we discovered she is a Medical Astrologer—in addition to her other practices. Inanna is a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki practitioner as well. We talk about how energy healing works on the layers of our etheric and subtle bodies and how disease shows up differently than in the physical body. We look at how to take care of yourself in the stressful times we live in, the problems we are more often seeing in our clients, and how to get more out of energy wellness sessions.
