Episode #39: Addiction – Roots and Recovery. Addiction is a wider reaching problem today than ever before. Approximately 115 people die every day after overdosing on opioids in the United States. It’s tragic. We discuss addiction of all kinds in this week’s episode. What is it deep down? Why do so many people get addicted to everything from drugs to destructive behaviors? We look at the cycle of addiction and how to find ways back from it. It can be hard to come back from it, but then we have to sustain recovery. There are so many reasons to live. We came to this earth to live worthwhile lives and to love. Come and listen, even if you think you’ve heard it all before. Perhaps you seek new perspective. Is this time of addiction part of the journey of becoming? Be inspired by the evolution of your light. We are so much more than current pain. None of us is ever alone, beloved ones. Thursday Oct 18, 2018
Episode #38: Anniitra Ravenmoon, ArchPriestess: The Power Goddesses. For this week’s episode, we are proud to interview Anniitra Ravenmoon, ArchPriestess of the Fellowship Of Isis and founder of the Lyceum Of the Nubian Moon. She is devoted and ordained priestess to the Goddesses Oya, Kali, Sekhmet, Yemoja, and others. A self-professed “wild child” at one time, she was called by the Goddess in a remarkable account she shares with us. This put her on a path to ask deeper questions about why we are here and helped her to pursue a deeply soulful life purpose. Even though she is a child of the Divine, we still appreciate the wildness we see in her!
We discuss Anniitra’s spiritual journey, her calling to become a priestess, and her service in the world. Her life stories are bold, courageous, and joyful. She is a glorious belly dancer, teacher, and sacred jewelry maker, too! Also, Anniitra enlightens us in a discussion about The Orishas, the pantheon of African Gods and Goddesses. She wipes away fears about Voodoo. It turns out its purpose has been misunderstood and maligned through the old slave trade and misguided rumors. Episode #36: Transformation Through the Power of Surrender. Our guest this week is Lyena Strelkoff, an extraordinary motivational speaker, life coach, and storyteller. She had an accident in 2002 that changed her life forever. You would be enchanted by her personality on meeting her. We know you will be captivated as she tells her story in her own words. From a lifelong dancer to a paraplegic in an instant, most of us would call it a tragedy. For Lyena, it was an astounding experience of spiritual surrender that sustained her from that moment forward. Her story is about adversity that unleashes outstanding creative potential. It will do this for anyone who hears her speak. As her story unfolds you realize it can be applied to every challenge a human can possibly face. She realized she was holding a gift.
Today, Lyena helps people recognize and open up to their own unique transformative power within. She helps people thrive, not in spite of adversity, but because of it. In yet another week of sadness, anger, traumatic events, and the feeling we’re not being heard, Lyena is a major voice for transformation through the power of surrender. We can be inspired to live our truth and open to our greatness. Lyena’s storytelling will mesmerize, inspire, comfort, and renew your motivation to discover your life purpose. We are so grateful that we can share this powerful interview with all of you. She reminds us that we are all transforming from the caterpillar into the beautiful butterfly.
“Because every challenge- every loss, change, trauma, or hardship- has the power to catapult us upward. To make us bigger. Braver. Brighter. We just have to harness it.” —-Lyena Strelkoff

Episode #35: Goddess 101, pt. 2 – The Goddess in Our Daily Lives
Thursday Sep 27, 2018
Thursday Sep 27, 2018
Episode #35: Goddess 101, pt. 2 – The Goddess in Our Daily Lives. In this episode, we discuss what it means to have a relationship with the Goddess. What does it mean to work with the Goddess and be devoted to Her? Many who believe in the Goddess are Pagan. We define it and what kinds of Pagans (Neopagans) there are in the modern world: pantheistic, polytheistic, animistic, and more. There is devotion, but her children do not bow down. We discuss the heartfelt, respectful, and mutual love between divine Spirit and divine human. Recording this on the day Christine Blasey Ford and Brett Kavanaugh testified, we had to have a conversation on the balance of feminine and masculine power in the world. We ask, before the final hearing, what would the outcome be if there were balanced equality between men and women? What if the Goddess had not been laid low by the patriarchy and the Burning Times? Could there be less fear, more self-understanding, kindness, and consideration in our communication and dealings with one another had the Goddess been in our civilized consciousness all along? The Goddess and the God are within us and hold hands with all of us anyway on this sacred earth. So may it be, as we continue on our journey from here!

Episode #34: Goddess 101 – The Divine Feminine
Thursday Sep 20, 2018
Thursday Sep 20, 2018
Episode #34: Goddess 101 – The Divine Feminine. The Goddess is considered to be the universal mother. Just as sure as women give birth to children on earth, the world’s ancient myths and stories say She gave birth to the universe. This is the Divine Feminine, the force of creative energy and part of all aspects of nature. To those who believe, there cannot be a God without a Goddess. Especially on earth where there is duality, meaning male and female, light and shadow, the magnetic polar opposites of energy, and our very atoms. No matter your gender identity, within every living being there resides both the male and female aspects, the divine feminine and the divine masculine.
Of the Goddess, many say she was in exile and has now returned to her rightful place as The Creatrix. As the world changes and envisions a new future, she has her work cut out for her. She was known throughout ancient times, in different cultures, and by various names, such as Isis, Astarte, Sophia, Lakshmi, Brigid, Aphrodite, Demeter, Hecate, Kwan Yin, Shakti, and thousands more, actually! Today, we still call to her by these names. As many roles as there are for the God there exist also, for the Goddess. Just as there are triple Gods there are triple Goddesses as well. She is the Maiden (seed of our beginnings), the Mother (our sustaining center), and the Crone (our transformative endings). We have talked about the Goddess in a few episodes, but there is so much to Her story to discover. Join the conversation!

Episode #33: Death and the Harvest Festivals
Wednesday Sep 12, 2018
Wednesday Sep 12, 2018
Episode #33: Death and the Harvest Festivals. During this episode, we discuss Death. Don’t run away! You will find comfort here. We are in the Harvest phase of the year. These Pagan festivals encompass Lammas (August 2), Mabon (Autumn Equinox, around September 16), and All Hallows (October 31-November 1). These are about the earth and living full lives on the earth. We look within and sort out all we have learned this year, how we have grown, and how we are able to face change. When we think about death it is not only the passing of time and loved ones. We take a look at going within, withdrawing for healing and self-reflection, facing our shadows and our light, letting go of sorrow, pain, fear, and remembering all the good we have gained through this year that serves us so positively. We take benefit during this time of year. We discuss “death to new life.” Let’s join hands as we find good times, hope, and playful memories as we go farther into this fast moving year!

Episode #32: Intuition and the Working Actor
Thursday Sep 06, 2018
Thursday Sep 06, 2018
Episode #32: Intuition and the working Actor. Sheila Marie has a theory that acting and intuitive spiritual practices often go hand in hand. In acting, you must center to be able to reach that place which brings you to a good performance. The same can be said with intuitive spiritual practices. The talented and funny actresses Robin De Lano (Bright Star, Mamma Mia!) and Alexandra Case (Fishes and Loves: Heaven Sent, Jimmy Kimmel Live!) stopped by the podcast to tell us about their digital series Girls I Audition With and their upcoming projects. InannaMoon shares some thoughts on how to focus and get centered before an audition and how to “read” a room. We also discuss that popular topic of love, relationships and the side gigs we have in between gigs. We were also treated to a card reading by Robin, what did she have to say about one of our hosts?
